Duties 職責:

  • Report to the Accountant 向會計師報告
  • Assist in handling general and daily accounting duties 協助處理一般及日常會計職責
  • Perform admin. & clerical support to the team 為團隊提供行政和文書支援
  • Provide support in monthly account closing提供帳戶月結支援
  • Ad hoc assignments 臨時任務

Requirements要求:

  • 1-2 years of related accounting experience will be a plus 1-2年相關會計經驗者優先
  • Good command of English and Chinese 良好的英語和中文能力
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 熟練 MS Office 應用程式和中文打字
  • Fresh graduates with no accounting studies background will be considered for Clerk position 沒有會計學歷的應屆畢業生將被考慮擔任文員職位
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable 可即時上班有優勢
