After Sales Service Administrator (MNC/ 14 months pay+/ Work-life balance)

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the dynamic team.
  • Handle the shipping and receiving of exquisite repair watches on both local and international levels.
  • Ensure a seamless supply of spare parts and efficiently dispatch them to various departments.
  • Organize and monitor the status of watch repairs to ensure timely service.
  • Compile insightful monthly reports for management to aid in decision-making.
  • Maintain filing system and documentation practices.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least one year of relevant experience in the service industry, is a plus.
  •  Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • A good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and a friendly attitude.
  • Good telephone manners and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel (V-Look), and English and Chinese word processing.
