General Clerk (Trading/ 5 days work/ 9-5:30pm)

Details

Duties:

  • Report to Managing Director and Marketing Manager
  • Assist in preparing marketing documentation for exhibition (twice per year)
  • Follow up and assist in all trading & marketing related matters
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, email correspondence
  • Coordinate with the American, European and Australian customers
  • Provide advice to PRC suppliers
  • Develop new products, monitor goods delivery schedule and arrangement

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, min. 5 subjects passed in HKDSE/ HKCEE including English or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of  experience in China Trade is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Familiar with MS Office application is Computer Knowledge Preferable.
  • Willing To take overseas trip for exhibition
