Our valued client is a luxury wholesaler and retailer with a strong presence in APAC regions. Due to the expansion, they are now looking for high-calibre professionals for this vacancy with job details and requirements as below:

Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to service centres;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously;
  • Provide efficient and professional responses to customer inquiries;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Perform assignments and other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST
  • Over 3 years of working experience
  • With 1-2 years of relevant working experience in airline/hotel service/ Front line service will be a plus 
  • Presentable, patient, good telephone manner, with a pleasant personality
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
