QA Engineer (Work-life balance & harmony)

What You'll Do:

• Ensure our products exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams and the UK quality manager on key quality issues.
• Mentor and train our internal Junior QA Specialists
• Manage relationships with external service providers for top-notch quality assurance.
• Foster career development opportunities for your team.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma holder or above  
• Over 3 years of relevant working experience in Toys/ Household/ EE
• Working experience in a Trading/ Buying Office is a plus
• Preferred experience in the EEC market is preferred
• Occasional travel to China  
• Immediate availability is preferred
