QA Supervisor/ Assistant QA Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a QA Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialising in hard goods and home appliances, with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing and logistics.

Experience Required: Candidates should have over 3 years of QA experience in hard goods/ kitchenware/ home appliances.

Key Responsibilities: Improve supplier quality systems, develop new policies, communicate safety and quality requirements, and manage product compliance documentation.

Claims Management: Responsible for following up on product recalls and claims, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards for the destination country.
