Responsibilities:

• Keep our bulk ships stocked with spare parts & supplies
• Set up repairs and make sure surveys are scheduled smoothly
• Handle invoices and make sure all the records are tidy with EYE-SHARE, AMOS, and SHIPNET systems
• Coordination work with ship crews, suppliers, and internal teams in English & Cantonese

Requirements:

• Qualifications in International Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Transport Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related
• At least 2–3 years of experience in ship management, equipment procurement, or marine supply work
• Previous experience as a sea-going Marine Engineer with EYE-SHARE, AMOS, and SHIPNET experience will be a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel)

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
