Assistant Procurement Manager (Food / 雙薪 + 花紅)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of meat, seafood, and food products.
• Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts for cost efficiency and quality.
• Monitor market trends for competitive ingredient sourcing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely deliveries and food safety compliance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry, global sourcing, or meat/seafood wholesale.
• Proven supplier relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
