• Work closely with buyers to understand their product needs and collaborate with internal design teams on new product development.

• Identify factories and suppliers that meet our business requirements, ensuring the production of high-quality products that provide added value to customers.

• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships, monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to critical deadlines.

• Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers regarding technical issues and problem resolution.

• Negotiate pricing and production schedules with suppliers.

• Stay informed about market trends and innovations.

Requirements:

• Solid product knowledge across E&E, toys, hard goods, household items, and sundries.
• At least 3 years' merchandising experience; EU market exposure is a plus.
• Trilingual proficiency: fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Skilled in handling high-volume orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Reliable, self-driven, resilient, and thrives under pressure.

More experience will be considered for a senior position.
