Logistics & Customer Service Clerk (5 days work & Double Pay)

Job Highlights:

  • Stable working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:30 pm
  • Double pay, medical coverage, and overtime pay
  • Long‑term stability — can work until retirement

Duties:

  •      Handle all import/export papers (Tradelink and OnePort).
  •      Check daily shipments and arrange bookings.
  •      Keep close contact with key customers.
  •      Work with customers and factories to keep operation smooth.
  •      Give quick updates and support for shipments and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of working experience 
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Detail-minded, responsible, able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
