• Spoken Japanese is preferred

Requirements

• 1-2 years of working experience  
• Less experience/ Recent graduates of high caliber are also welcome
• Good command of English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Oral Japanese Speaking is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word
• Patient, responsible, self-motivated, multi-tasks, and work under pressure
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

• Provide support on order follow-up and daily operation 
• Maintain the order system and preparation of order
• Sample checking and delivery arrangement with suppliers
• Other ad hoc tasks designated by the supervisor
