IT Support - ERP Application (日資企業/ 15日大假/ Upto $30K)

Responsibilities:

• Implement systems projects and system enhancement
• Develop various reports (Crystal Reports & Power BI)
• Implement ERP application & support in APAC (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Support in Hong Kong and Mainland China ERP upgrade project (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Responsible for SIT & UAT
• Hold user trainings and prepare user manuals
• Work closely with internal departments and vendors for system development and enhancements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• AT least 2 years of work experience in the implementation and support of ERP software AX and reporting tools is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Business travel to PRC is occasionally required
• Immediately available
