Duties: 職責

  • Handle various HR tasks like recruitment, staff relations, and employee benefits 
  • Keep track of staff leave and attendance records 
  • Provide daily administrative support. 
  • Perform office and outdoor tasks, such as collecting and delivering documents 

Requirements: 要求

  • Recent graduates or those with part-time clerical experience are welcome 
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Chinese Word Processing is essential; 
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, willing to learn, must handle confidential information sensibly.
