Responsibilities:

•     Provide professional online customer service and manage document storage/delivery.
•     Coordinate smoothly with internal and external departments, handling tasks independently.
•     Manage business correspondence, emails, phone calls, filing, and other administrative duties.
•     Support supervisor's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and special events.
•     Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:
•     College diploma or above.
•     3-10 years of relevant experience.
•     Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•     Strong communication and coordination skills.
•     Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
•     Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin, with good English communication skills.
