Responsibilities:
Report to the Assistant Administrative Officer
Assist with daily office work and clerical duties, including data entry, maintaining database records, and managing office supplies. etc.
Handle inquiries from clients and contractors
Provide support for outdoor tasks occasionally and assist with ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Form 6 or above
1-2 years of clerical experience
Proficient in MS Office, including English & Chinese word processing
Humble, patient, responsible, and a good team player with the ability to work independently
Immediate availability is preferable
