Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and warmly greet guests.
  • Manage mail distribution and coordinate postage/courier services.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Participate in occasional outdoor tasks and various ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • F. 5 / F. 6 or above
  • 2 years or above experience in administrative, reception, or clerical positions.
  • Experience in the hotel or customer service sectors is a plus.
  • Less experience with high-calibre is also welcome
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
