Clerk in Accounts Department (本地公司/ No OT &良好公司文化)

職責 (Duties)

  • 開單入賬:幫工程同埋維修(好似洗水缸、水務工程)開 Invoice。

  • 寄月結單:邊個客未畀錢,每個月就要寄 Statement 提醒佢哋。

  • 打電話追數:要主動打畀客或者判頭,追返啲過期未畀嘅錢。

  • 準時找數:記住每月 15 號要找清供應商數,28 號要找清分判商數。

  • 寫字樓雜項:交 Office 雜費、收支票,同埋間中要去銀行入數。


要求 (Requirements)

  • 態度 (Firm Attitude)

    • 追數或者同分判商溝通時,要夠硬淨,唔好驚唔好怕醜。

  • 溝通 (Communication & Voice)

    • 講電話把聲要夠清、夠響、有自信,並可以用廣東話清晰解釋錢銀問題。

  • 有時間觀念 (Punctuality & Deadlines)

    • 識得跟進度表做嘢,一定要準時趕到 15號 同 28號 嘅 Deadlines。

  • 細心負責 (Careful & Responsible)

    • 處理支票同埋去銀行入數時要夠小心,唔好出錯。

  • 經驗優先 (Experience)

    • 有做過寫字樓文員或者基本會計經驗會更好。
