Job Responsibilities :

• Lead product development from concept through to mass production

• Collaborate with overseas customers to understand design intent, compliance standards, and delivery schedules

• Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and feasibility assessments

• Coordinate with tooling, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth sampling and manufacturing processes

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical challenges to meet deadlines

• Ensure product compliance with international safety standards (e.g., ASTM F963, EN71)

• Drive continuous product improvement based on feedback and testing outcomes

• Communicate effectively in English with international clients and internal teams

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in toy development/consumer product manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of plastics, injection moulding, and toy safety compliance

• Experience working with factories in China, especially in Dongguan, is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset

• Good command of  English and Chinese

• Less experience will be considered to be a Project Engineer

• Immediate availability will be an advantage
