Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Installation Manager to lead and oversee the deployment of our door access systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise in automatic doors and access control systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality installations.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee installation teams across multiple project sites
• Partner with project managers to plan manpower, schedule work, and ensure on-time delivery
• Track progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively
Requirements
A holder of a valid Grade A Electrical Worker Registration Certificate is a MUST
At least 5 years of experience in construction-related projects
Experience in roller shutters/ automatic doors is a plus
Solid technical expertise in installation procedures and relevant systems
Knowledge of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) works is a plus
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
