Duties:

• Assist in planning and executing construction machinery installations.
• Oversee project progress with internal and external stakeholders.
• Train and motivate the team, including contractors, to meet objectives.
• Redesign workflows and processes as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify improvements and take on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with PC and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Study in Engineering or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience 
• Experience in project/site coordination will be a plus.
• Good communication and site coordination skills
• Less experienced candidates are considered for TRAINEE positions.
