We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator/ Specialist to enhance our sourcing team.  In this role, you will play a key part in driving our projects forward by sourcing suppliers and products aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source suppliers/products based on directives from the head office.
• Explore new trends and technologies within the toy industry.
• Oversee daily operations, including quotations, product development, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth sourcing activities.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and our head office in Europe.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or project management.
• Knowledge of plastic toys, electronic toys, or soft toys is a plus.
• Familiarity with EU toy standards is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Eager to embrace new challenges and product categories.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel.

Compensation:
The remuneration package will be based on your skills and experience.
