IT Technician (Brand Authorized IT Service ProviderMac/ macOS & iOS 系統有優勢+專業在職培訓)

Duties

• Install hardware and software for devices following guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues as per compliance.
• Provide customer service at the front desk and internally for device inquiries.
• Manage documentation and reporting for assigned tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware/software installation for macOS & iOS.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including switching and routing.
• Friendly, motivated, and service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Recent graduates with high calibre are also welcome.
