Trading Purchasing Coordinator (日資企業/ 15個月糧/ 畢業生也會考慮/ Upto 22K)

Job Highlights:

Duties:

• Report to the Assistant Manager
• Responsible for order processing and monitoring customer orders 
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders and data entry
• Perform sales analysis and inventory control
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination/order processing/sales administration in the medical equipment/products field  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• More experience will be considered as a Senior post
• Less experience / Recent graduates are also welcome
