Japanese Speaking Coordinator (JLPT N2/ Toys/ Sundries Trading/ 歐美及全球市場/ 5天工作 + 在職培訓)

Highlights:

• Experience in the toy/sundries industry will be given priority consideration
• Candidates with rich experience in the toy/sundries industry will be considered for a senior position

Duties:

• Handle the US, EU and global orders from online portal processing to on-time delivery.
• Prepare and submit quotations and samples.
• Provide sales support to HK and US offices, 
• Monitor shipment statuses and liaise with relevant parties.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above 
• At least 2 years of trading/manufacturing experience 
• Good command of Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Applicants with more experience will be considered for a Senior position.
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
