Job Duties

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and records.
  • Process customer adjustments for financial accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure follow-up for resolution.
  • Assist with team goals and perform assigned ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant working experience is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle shifts/weekends.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Oral English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
