An expanding group company is looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position URGENTLY.

Duties:

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders & invoices, sales reports, etc.
  • Handle customers' inquiries, orders and the "Return Merchandise Authorization" process
  • Arrange domestic/overseas logistics and handle customs declarations (Tradelink)
  • Maintain inventory records and the filing system
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • A stable working experience record will be a plus
  • 2 years or more relevant experience
  • Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
  • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
  • Well-organized, able to work independently, work-life Balance
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
