Due to rapid expansion, a leading European interior flooring materials trading company is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to join its growing team. 

Comprehensive training will be provided, and a clear career advancement path, ensuring motivated talents can grow with us.

Key Job Duties:

• Sales Support: Assist with preparing project quotations, processing orders, and arranging material samples for clients.
• Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and basic after-sales inquiries.
• Showroom Hospitality: Welcome walk-in customers, interior designers, and architects; introduce our premium European flooring collections and handle basic inquiries.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom display is tidy, organised, and that sample boards are well-stocked and presentable.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience
• Recent graduates are highly welcome. Part-time or temporary experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good spoken Cantonese and English. Conversational Mandarin is preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)​​​​​​
• Short Notice / Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Friendly, proactive, and enjoys interacting with people.
• Eager to learn about interior design materials and flooring products.
• Responsible team player with strong interpersonal skills
