Packaging Sales Executive (5 days work/ Full Benefits)

Join a dynamic team driving growth in paper boxes and packaging solutions for leading retailers across Asia. We are seeking a results‑driven sales professional ready to make an impact and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and innovate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new sales and customer processes

  • Support management decisions and actively contribute to strategic business initiatives

  • Promote and expand our packaging solutions to meet the evolving needs of retailers in Asia

  • Analyze and act on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to sharpen strategies

  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

  • Leverage your network to connect with brands manufacturing in China and Vietnam

  • Partner with production, design, and quality teams to ensure seamless, on‑time delivery

  • Drive performance by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Job Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience in packaging, OEM, or related industries
  • Experience with European retailers' sourcing offices; a strong network is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing in China/Vietnam
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good command of English; German, French, or another European language is an advantage
  • Self‑driven, results‑focused, and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Candidates with stronger qualifications or experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Executive
