Marketing & Sales Coordinator TRAINEE (FULL Benefits/ Work-life balance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in trading sugar across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia.
• Drive business development by analyzing market trends and identifying prime trading opportunities.
• Cultivate strong business relationships and develop new accounts to maximize trading potential.
• Meet and exceed company targets and budgets to achieve outstanding results.

What They're Looking For:

• Over 1-2 years of experience in international trading, preferably in the commodities or food sector.
• Knowledge of international trading practices, including transport, shipping, and insurance.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commercial drive.
• Excellent organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word.
