Junior Sales Coordinator TRAINEE (Renowned 日資食物品牌/ Work-life balance)

(Japanese Food Brand )(Interested in working in a Japanese-based Wholesalers & Manufacturer )

• Mon to Fri: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 5 working days per week, no overtime work is essential

Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing until delivery arrangements
• Prepare product promotion plan, sales report & quotation.
• Identify new sales prospects & maintain a relationship with key clients.
• Liaise with buyers & staff in Retail Stores to keep abreast with their needs.
• Assist with general warehouse work.
• Outdoor visit to existing valued customers if necessary

Requirements :

• F. 6 or above
• Average English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications;
• 1-2 years working experience preferred; welcome fresh graduates.

• Immediate availability is preferred
