E-commerce & Order Coordinator (日資公司/ 動畫產品/ 14個月糧)

A well-established production company of Japan-Animation.  With expansion on the business, they are currently looking for high calibre to join their team with job duties and requirements as below shown : 

Duties:

• In charge of handling order processing for the online business, including 
• Prepare delivery notes and invoices, pack goods, verify orders, etc.
• Coordinate with the online shopping network company to arrange logistics.
• Carry out daily correspondence and clerical duties, such as handling data entry and POS system.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related work experience is preferable
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Sound knowledge of PC operations
• Less experience of high-calibre will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
