- Provide support to the Marketing & Sales Dept. 為市場及銷售部門提供支持
- Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries 準備報價單、訂單、銷售詢價

Duties 職責:
- Maintain and update sales database, filing system and sales demo 維護和更新銷售資料庫、歸檔系統和銷售演示
- Provide all-round support to the team 為團隊提供全方位支持
- Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries and related activities 準備報價單、訂單、銷售詢價和相關活動
- Perform inter-department communication and cooperation 進行部門間的溝通與合作
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned 履行指定的任何臨時職責
Requirements 要求:
- 1-2 years of working experience 1-2年工作經驗
- More experience will be considered as a Senior post 更多經驗將被考慮擔任高階職位
- Less experienced/ Recent graduates are encouraged to apply 鼓勵經驗不足/應屆畢業生申請
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程式
- Immediate availability is preferred 可即時上班有優勢
