Duties 職責:

  • Maintain and update sales database, filing system and sales demo 維護和更新銷售資料庫、歸檔系統和銷售演示
  • Provide all-round support to the team 為團隊提供全方位支持
  • Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries and related activities 準備報價單、訂單、銷售詢價和相關活動
  • Perform inter-department communication and cooperation 進行部門間的溝通與合作
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned 履行指定的任何臨時職責

Requirements 要求:

  • 1-2 years of working experience 1-2年工作經驗
  • More experience will be considered as a Senior post 更多經驗將被考慮擔任高階職位
  • Less experienced/ Recent graduates are encouraged to apply 鼓勵經驗不足/應屆畢業生申請
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程式
  • Immediate availability is preferred 可即時上班有優勢
