Job Description

Job Duties : 

  • Develop and implement sales plans for specific areas and customers to meet sales goals
  • Lead and manage commercial teams and activities effectively
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote company products or services 
  • Keep track of sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales strategies as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer experience through various engagement activities and respond to customers' inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • More than 8 years of working experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; preferably in manufacturing/ trading
  • Presentable and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, familiarity with SAP is desirable
  • Customer-focused, skilled at establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work well with the team and other involved parties
  • Available on short notice/ with immediate availability is preferred
