Job Description

Job Duties : 

  • Provide general administrator support to the service centre
  • Handle customer inquiries in a decent &  courteous manner
  • Able to provide quick and professional responses to customer inquiries. 
  • Keep records of customers' requests accurately
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirements :

  • Fluent  in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Over 3 years of working experience
  • With 1-2 years of relevant experience in the service industry 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Presentable, a good team player, hardworking, patient, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility 
  • Excellent telephone manners and strong interpersonal communication skills
