Duties:  

• Order follow-up, including quotation preparation for the Worldwide market
• Liaise with customers and the factories for the order status
• Maintain close relationships with existing customers 
• Assist in company exhibition planning, marketing research, marketing posters and materials
• Assist in ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holder  
• 1-2 years of working experience 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Less experienced/ Recent graduates are also welcome as TRAINEE
• Immediate availability will be a plus
