QA Specialist – Toys, Cosmetics & Lifestyle Goods

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join a dynamic team in the toys and cosmetics sector.  This role offers a balanced work-life schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on product safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
•     Ensure product compliance through thorough assessment and evaluation
•     Work closely with suppliers, labs, and internal teams to uphold safety and reliability standards
•     Review and manage documentation such as test reports, MSDS, SDS, and maintain Toy Safety Directive technical files
•     Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
•     Identify issues and implement corrective actions

Looking for:
•     Academic background in Quality Management, Engineering, or Chemistry
•     Minimum 5 years' experience in QA and safety compliance 

•     Familiarity with plastic, electronic, soft toys or children' cosmetics
•     Solid understanding of EU toy safety standards
•     Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•     Responsible, self-motivated, and open to new challenges and product categories
•     Fluent in English and Mandarin
•     Willingness to travel when required
