You are invited to apply for the role of Senior QA Technologist and become an integral part of our expanding team, where you will play a vital role in driving our continued success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest quality standards by ensuring all products align with our company quality policies and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Validate safety lab testing reports to meet global compliance standards.
  • Manage quality reports and coordinate inspections, including booking, testing preparation, quotations, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Ensure comprehensive technical files are prepared before product shipment.
  • Offer thorough engineering support on products, including safety assessments, technical documentation, internal lab testing, external lab test coordination, data analysis, design recommendations, and final product inspection.
  • Juggle multiple projects efficiently while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Conduct factory evaluations, review Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and advise suppliers on improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with vendors to investigate customer complaints and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies, requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver all assigned tasks punctually, contributing to the achievement of the team's collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Science/Engineering; candidates with diplomas and substantial relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Electrical and Electronics (E&E) or Hardgoods products.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
  • Strong understanding of inspection standards, particularly Acceptance Quality Level (AQL).
  • Familiarity with safety tests, standards, regulations, and requirements specific to Hong Kong, the UK, and the EU.
