QA Specialist – Toys & Cosmetics

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, and ensure product compliance to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate daily with suppliers, laboratories, and various departments to support product safety and reliability.
• Review and complete essential documentation, including test reports, MSDS, and SDS, to uphold Toy Safety Directive Technical files.
• Monitor the quality performance of suppliers and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety compliance, particularly in cosmetics or skincare formulations.
• Familiarity with plastic toys, electronic toys, and soft toys is an advantage; experience with kids' cosmetics is a plus.
• Knowledge of EU toy standards is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• A proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Open to taking on new challenges and exploring new product categories.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with a willingness to travel.

Compensation:
