QA Specialist – Toys & Cosmetics

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure product compliance to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate daily with suppliers, labs, and departments for safety and reliability.
• Review essential documentation, including test reports and MSDS/SDS.
• Maintain Toy Safety Directive technical files.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety compliance, especially in cosmetics or skincare.
• Familiarity with plastic, electronic, and soft toys; experience with kids' cosmetics is a plus.
• Knowledge of EU toy standards is essential.
• Strong problem-solving, and communication skills, strong command of English and Mandarin
• With willingness to travel occasionally

Compensation:
