Temporary Senior Shipping Clerk (包裝物料貿易和批發商/ 6 months short-term contract/ 良好英語及國語)

Duties:

• Assist in handling all shipping procedures, including coordinating with suppliers and forwarders for shipment arrangement, and performing I/E & L/C documents
• Prepare packing list, issue invoices and other related documents
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of shipping and logistic experience in the trading or manufacturing sector
• PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Email, Chinese WP & Trade Link)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Daily communication in English with superior
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
