Role Overview:
As a Buyer, you'll drive the expansion of our online product categories, especially in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with local and overseas suppliers for purchase orders and delivery tracking.
• Evaluate supplier performance and quality, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align eCommerce strategies with business goals.
• Handle import/export declarations and ensure compliance.
• Research and identify potential suppliers.
• Oversee sourcing, price negotiations, purchase orders, shipping, and payments.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective promotion and management.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of FMCG experience, preferably in the Hong Kong market (F&B purchasing experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with local eCommerce platforms (Tmall, Deliveroo, HKTVmail, Food Panda) and trends.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Adaptability in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
