Junior/ Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development cycle for plastic and paper products, including board games and puzzles.
• Manage suppliers, development schedules, costing comparisons, and sourcing materials.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders with factories, customers, and internal teams.
• Address ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Experience in OEM/ODM for plastic and paper products will be a plus (board games/puzzles preferred).
• Knowledge of plastic and paper development cycles is preferred
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable in PC/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented; ability to work independently.
