Merchandising Assistant for Seasonal Product (Walmart/ Work-life harmony)

Duties:

• Manage cost-related activities, including quotations, cost analysis, and price negotiation;
• Oversee new product development and scheduling;
• Maintain with large multinational retail clients (ie. Walmart);
• Source new suppliers in Mainland China;
• Coordinate pre-production, lab testing, artwork, and factory audits;
• Liaise with Chinese vendors to ensure order progress and timelines.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of relevant experience for seasonal products, including sourcing, costing, and project management;
• Expertise in sourcing and independently handling overseas customers and China factories;
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China and overseas if necessary;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Merchandiser role.
