Assistant Warehouse Supervisor / Manager (跨國物流及貨運公司)

Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse and the logistics team, including
• space optimization, manpower delegation, operational efficiency, and precision
• Assume full accountability for the warehouse's KPIs, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfilment
• Ensure standards, procedures, and legal regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Regularly inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general maintenance as required.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in warehouse operation or related disciplines
• Min 2-3 years of warehouse operation management is preferably
• Familiar with common KPIs to monitor logistics service providers is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, motivated leader with good troubleshooting skills
• Capable of collaborating with all warehouse staff
• Less experienced potential candidates are also welcome.
