Duties:

• Supervise warehouse and logistics operations
• Improve warehouse layout for efficiency
• Foster customer relationships and seek new clients
• Ensure quality service from providers
• Provide improvement suggestions
• Establish effective document management systems of ISO 9001
• Coordinate with departments for compliance and safety

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Experience with a team leader role would be beneficial
• Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Excel
