Shipping Clerk (中資企業/ Friendly Work Environment)

Job Highlights

Duties:

  • Report to the Manager 
  • Handle import, export, L/C and banking documents & Tradelink declaration 
  •  Liaise with customers on shipping status
  •  Liaise with the Sales Department to coordinate shipment-related issues,
  •  Monitor shipping schedules with factories, forwarders, and transportation companies

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A stable working record will be a plus
  • Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
  • More experience will be considered as Shipping Coordinator
  • Less experience with high calibre is encouraged to apply.
