Due to ongoing expansion, a Top Leading Japan-based Forwarder group is urgently looking for several high-calibre candidates to fill in the following post.

Duties:

• Support daily documentation, filing, and accurate data updates/ inventory records into the system.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, and inspections, etc.
• Update product information and collaborate closely with team members.
• Perform ad hoc assignments

職責：

• 支援每日文件記錄、檔案管理和系統中準確的資料更新/庫存記錄。
• 協助日常倉庫運營，包括收貨和檢查等。
• 更新產品資訊並與團隊成員密切合作。
• 執行臨時任務。

Requirements:

• Over 2 working experience in warehouse/ logistics/ courier data management
• MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Xlookup, Vlookup, pivot table and Chinese typing is a MUST
• Fluent in Cantonese, fair English & Mandarin
• Less experienced candidates with Japanese-speaking ability are also welcome as TRAINEE
• Immediate availability will be a plus

要求:

• Over 2年在倉庫/物流/快遞數據管理方面工作經驗
• MS Office，包括Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Xlookup、Vlookup、Pivot分析表，以及必須具備中文打字能力
• 流利粤語，普通英語和普通話，會話級的日語能力者有優勢
• 經驗較少但懂日語將會考慮初級職位
• 必須能夠立即上班
