Shipping Clerk (日資知名企業/ Mon-Fri: 9-5:30pm/ 14個月糧+福利齊)

Details

 

Duties:

  • Handle complete set import/export documentation independently  
  • Liaise with customers and factories to arrange shipments 
  • Generate POs, invoices, and packing lists  
  • Track shipment schedules to fulfill customer needs promptly 
  • Dispatch documents to customers when necessary  

 

Requirements要求:

  • Logistics/supply chain or related disciplines Studies  
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in handling full set I/E and banking documents
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 
  • Good command of  English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred  

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
