Shipping Clerk (日資知名企業/ Mon-Fri: 9-5:30pm/ 14個月糧+福利齊)

Details

Duties職責: 

  • Handle complete set import/export documentation independently 能夠獨立處理完整的進出口文件
  • Liaise with customers and factories to arrange shipments 與客戶和工廠協調安排貨運
  • Generate POs, invoices, and packing lists using the Multiable system 通過Multiable系統發送採購訂單/發票/裝箱單
  • Track shipment schedules to fulfill customer needs promptly 監控貨運進度以滿足客戶需求
  • Dispatch documents to customers when necessary 向客戶發送文件

 

Requirements要求:

  • Logistics/supply chain or related disciplines Studies 物流/供應鏈或相關學科學歷
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents 至少3-5年處理整套進入出口船務文件工作經驗
  • Solid knowledge of Multiable system 對Multiable系統有扎實的了解
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 精通MS Office應用程式和中文文字處理
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese 良好的中英口語和書面表達能力
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred 可立刻上班有優勢
