Japanese-speaking Warehouse Supervisor (日資Forwarder/ 14 個月糧/ 葵涌區)

Duties:

• Liaise closely with internal team and support inbound/outbound shipping operations
• Communicate effectively with Japan group branch, customers, and overseas agents
• Provide excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries and complaints
• Prepare complaints/incidents reports for the Japan management team
• Join regular online meetings with group branches in Japan
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Logistics Management, Japanese studies, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in the logistics field is a must with min. 1 year of managerial level
• Good knowledge of using MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese (N2 or above) is a must
• Immediate available is preferred
