Logistic Clerk / Officer (台資企業 / 五天工作/ Upto $23K)

Duties 職責:

  • Prepare I/E shipping documents and daily shipping orders; 準備出入口船務文件及日常船務訂單; 
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery; 與相關部門聯絡以確定按期交貨;
  • Manage inventory control with SAP and maintain the database up-to-date; 存倉控制、資料更新及維護; 
  • Prepare weekly shipment status/report; 每星期預備船期匯報/報告;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned; 協助特派職務

Requirements 要求:

  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relative disciplines; 具有供應鏈管理、物流或相關文憑或以上;
  • Min. 2 years of experience in logistics/trading/forwarder/shipping line; 具有最少兩年物流/貿易公司/貨運代理/船運相關經驗;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Windows, etc.; 懂MS Office (Word, Excel), 中英文電腦操作;
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus; 懂 SAP system更佳;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); 良好粵語、普通話、英語 (讀寫)
  • More experience will be considered for the Officer position.  Less experienced will also be considered for the Clerk position 
    較多經驗者將會考慮為主任職位。經驗較少也將被考慮為文員職位
